Grendel Hunter Balanced Action Bundle
Achieve the perfect harmony of reliable cycling and soft recoil with the Grendel Hunter Balanced Action Bundle. By pairing a precision adjustable gas system with a heavy, captured buffer system, this kit allows you to tune your rifle’s timing to your specific ammunition or suppressor.
The result is a rifle that runs gentler, stays on target easier, and operates with a smoothness you can feel in every shot.
The Perfect Pair:
-
Grendel Hunter .750 Click Adjustable Gas Block
The ultimate tool for gas regulation. This 4140 PHT steel block features 22 clicks of adjustment, allowing you to find the exact “sweet spot” for your rifle. By restricting excess gas, you reduce bolt carrier speed, decrease internal heat, and virtually eliminate the violent “over-gassed” feel common in many AR platforms – especially when suppressed. The click adjustments allow you to easily switch between the perfect suppressed or unsuppressed settings or just fine tune it for specific loads.
-
Armaspec SMB™ Gen3 Sound Mitigation Buffer (H2 – 4.7oz) The key to a smooth, controlled stroke. This single-stage, drop-in replacement utilizes a captured design to provide a fluid, friction-free movement within the buffer tube. The increased H2 (4.7oz) weight provides the necessary mass to slow down the bolt carrier group, significantly reducing felt recoil and preventing the action from “slamming” during high-pressure cycles. This added inertia ensures more positive feeding and reliable extraction, giving you a more consistent and durable rifle system.
Why “Balanced Action”?
Standard rifles are often over-gassed to ensure they run the cheapest ammo, leading to harsh recoil and parts wear. This bundle allows you to balance the Gas Input (Block) with the Mechanical Weight (Buffer) for a customized shooting experience.
